Since 1973, the United States Supreme Court’s Roe
v. Wade decision has protected a woman’s right to
abortion. Yet, the so-called “Pain-Capable Unborn
Child Protection Act” would directly violate Roe
by imposing a nationwide ban on abortion care at
20 weeks.
