The National Partnership has a mission-driven, talented staff of approximately 50 individuals who are committed to women’s equality and improving the lives of women and families in this country. We are policy wonks, communications and digital experts, development gurus, advocates, and administrative and IT specialists. We are located in Washington, D.C., on the Red Line and with easy access to Capitol Hill and federal departments and agencies.

Here at the National Partnership, we're committed to approaching our work with a racial equity lens and to having voices in our organization and coalitions that bring diverse perspectives. Paid Internships

The National Partnership for Women & Families offers a limited amount of paid internship opportunities throughout the year in the areas of communications, economic justice, health justice, congressional relations, and development.

Interns are paid D.C. minimum wage for an internship (full-time at 10 weeks or part-time up to 375 hours). We pay interns the same regardless if they are receiving academic credit and/or compensation from third parties such as academic institutions or other organizations. However, to be as inclusive as possible, we will also accept an applicant who is not allowed to receive payment due to requirements or restrictions from third parties.
