Jamie Floyd is the Huber Reproductive Health Equity Legal Fellow at the National Partnership for Women & Families. She is from Sacramento and received her J.D. from UC Berkeley School of Law and her B.A. in Feminist Studies and Politics from UC Santa Cruz.

During law school, Jamie interned at the ACLU Capital Punishment Project, Yale Law’s Legal Services Organization’s Clinics, and the Native Hawaiian Legal Corporation. Under the supervision of gender violence experts, she also conducted research on intimate partner firearm violence and reproductive violence against pregnant survivors/victims. Prior to attending law school, she received training as a Domestic Violence Advocate from My Sister’s House, a California-based domestic violence organization.
