Dvora Lovinger is the Vice President of Congressional Relations and Social Impact at the National Partnership for Women & Families, where she leads the development and implementation of the organization’s congressional relations strategy and promotes corporate engagement for social impact.
Dvora has more than two decades of experience working on Capitol Hill in both the House and Senate. Most recently, she served as Chief of Staff for Congressman John Sarbanes (D-MD), where she was the Congressman’s top advisor on all legislative, political, and communications issues. She also held several roles in the office of former Senator Barbara Mikulski (D-MD) and has experience with non-profit organizations, including advocating for affordable housing issues at Enterprise Community Partners. She began her professional career working on women’s equality and reproductive justice at the Feminist Majority Foundation.
Dvora has a bachelor’s degree in English from St. Mary’s College of Maryland and a master’s degree in political science along with a graduate certificate in Women, Policy & Leadership from American University.
