The states that have banned or are likely to ban abortion are: AL, AZ, AR, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KY, LA, MS, MO, MT, NE, NC, ND, OH, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, WV, WI, WY. The states that have passed paid leave are: CA, CO, CT, DE, DC, ME, MD, MA, MN, NJ, NY, OR, RI, WA. The states that have not passed paid leave and have not banned/are not likely to ban abortion are: AL, HI, IL, KS, MI, NV, NH, NM, PA, VT, VA
