Patrick Roisen is the managing director for development at the National Partnership for Women & Families. In this role, he supports the organization’s fundraising strategy, oversees development operations, and supports a cross-functional team focused on advancing gender and racial equity.
Patrick brings over a decade of experience in nonprofit fundraising and partnership development, with a background that spans both domestic and international work. Prior to joining the National Partnership, he held roles at TechnoServe and Corus International, where he led the design and execution of large-scale fundraising initiatives and supported mission-driven programs advancing economic opportunity, education, and health equity.
Originally from Argentina, Patrick holds a bachelor’s degree from St. Olaf College and a master’s in international development from the University of Minnesota. He lives in Baltimore, MD, and spends most of his free time on the tennis court, reading fiction, or traveling with his partner.
