Anagha Sreevals is a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Anti-Racism (DEIA) associate at the National Partnership for Women & Families. She works with Aimee Peoples to drive DEIA initiatives through actionable insights and goals. Both in and out of the workplace, Anagha plans to intentionally cultivate a more inclusive environment and address barriers to equity.
Prior to joining the National Partnership, Anagha worked at a healthcare company where she spearheaded several initiatives on the Diversity & Inclusion committee. During this time, she realized the need for purposeful and mindful approaches to DEIA work. In addition to DEIA, her passions include locally led community development, immigrant justice, and improved access and support for disabled persons.
Anagha moved to Northern Virginia for her undergraduate degree at George Mason University where she studied international development and cultural studies. She loves language learning, baking, and reading historical fiction!
