The National Partnership for Women & Families will hold a press call this Monday, April 1 at 10 a.m. EST to discuss analysis on the gender wage gap, which will be released in time for Equal Pay Day on April 2. The data to be released Monday includes exclusive analysis of the wage gap’s effect on women’s spending power in all 50 States and the District of Columbia. The study also quantifies the gender wage gap at the national level, the wage gap in the 25 states with the largest numbers of Black women and Latinas who work full time, and new information on the impact of sexual harassment and our country’s lack of paid leave on the wage gap.
