Bianca Gutierrez was the Director of Human Resources at the National Partnership for Women & Families. In this role, she oversaw the National Partnership’s human resource matters and fosters a diverse, fair and inclusive workplace.
Prior to her time at the National Partnership, Bianca worked as the Head of People and Culture at Rising Tide Interactive and worked in nonprofit human resources and operations at Giffords and Capital Area Immigrants’ Rights (CAIR) Coalition.
A New Jersey native, Bianca is a graduate of the George Washington University and is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Outside of work, she can be found searching for the best restaurant patio and volunteering with CASA for Children of DC.
