“The executive orders President Trump issued today are anti-immigrant, anti-refugee and anti-Muslim. They are based on bigotry and bias, and are a gross violation of fundamental American values. They will sow hatred and division, and intensify discrimination in our communities.

In just a few days in office, President Trump has taken deplorable actions that will cause great harm to women and to immigrant communities. We stand in solidarity with every community this administration attacks, and intend to fight back with everything we have. The opposition to President Trump’s corrosive policies is broad-based, strong and growing, as we saw last weekend when millions of people marched in the unprecedented Women’s March. This will not stand.”
