On Thursday, Senator Patty Murray (D-Wash.) and Representative Rosa DeLauro (D-Conn.) reintroduced the Healthy Families Act and the Philadelphia City Council approved a hard-won paid sick days ordinance that Mayor Nutter promptly signed into law.
