“Today’s opinion from the U.S. Supreme Court provides that the government can still ensure that insurance companies provide the contraceptive coverage all employees need and deserve while this case continues. While we are disappointed that the U.S. Supreme Court did not find for the government once and for all in Zubik v. Our ability to access birth control is critical to our health, equality and economic security. It must be secured for every woman, no matter where she works or goes to school.
All women deserve access to contraceptive coverage, no matter where they work and what their bosses believe about birth control.”
