Seattle’s decision to become the third major city in the nation to require paid sick leave and the act drew praise from several groups who are deeply involved in the push to make paid sick leaves mandatory for workers in Denver, including the National Partnership for Women and Families, who called the passage of the initiative “groundbreaking”.
