Taryn Mackenzie Williams is a senior fellow for disability at the National Partnership for Women & Families and national expert on disability employment policy.

Joseph Richards is a senior associate, DEIA at the National Partnership for Women & Families, where he drives implementation, analysis, and impact to help create a culture of openness, learning, and inclusion.

Maria Ortiz Pineda is a Women’s Law & Public Policy Fellow at the National Partnership for Women & Families, where she supports the Economic Justice team in advancing policies that promote workplace equity and protect the rights of women and families.

Izzie Kenhard is the development associate at the National Partnership for Women & Families, where she supports the development team in their efforts to raise funds from a diverse collection of partners.

Patrick Roisen is the managing director for development at the National Partnership for Women & Families. In this role, he supports the organization’s fundraising strategy, oversees development operations, and supports a cross-functional team focused on advancing gender and racial equity.

Dara Bean is the senior director of experts and booking at the National Partnership for Women & Families, where she works to publicize the work and research being done by the National Partnership by booking our president and experts on various platforms.

Amani Echols is the senior manager of maternal & infant health at the National Partnership for Women & Families, where she leads and supports a broad range of equitable maternal health policy efforts, advocacy activities, technical assistance, and research projects, with a special focus on addressing the maternal and infant health crises in Black, Indigenous, and other People of Color (BIPOC) communities.

Nan Strauss is the Senior Policy Analyst for Maternal Health at the National Partnership for Women & Families, where she advocates for policies that center the needs of women and families of color, with the aim of dismantling racism.

Ashley Kurzweil (she/her) is the Senior Policy Analyst for Reproductive Health and Rights at the National Partnership for Women & Families.

Tanya L. Goldman is a senior fellow at the National Partnership for Women & Families, where she provides expertise and supports the Economic Justice team’s research, advocacy, and policy work to pass a national paid family and medical leave program and win policies urgently needed for women’s employment.
